A contemporary, modern pet painting with a pale blue or beige painted background. These beautiful, textured, contemporary pet paintings, on canvas, look great in any style home. Great for any pet, especially horses and hounds! Each portrait is hand painted using acrylic paint on stretched box canvas. Available in three sizes, a small 30 x 40cm, medium 40 x 50cm and a large 60 x 75cm. The Winsor & Newton linen canvas, leaves the texture of the final painting exposed. Extra pets £75. The finished portrait is a true representation of your pet, capturing their personality and character.

The Artist

I’m based in Cheshire where I regularly paint dogs on behalf at Battersea dogs home. I’ve a real love of animals, and own a horse, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits, tropical fish, budgies, hamsters, leaf insects and a donkey called Ringo. My favourite subject to paint is a horse. I use acrylic because it is so versatile, I can thicken it up and use it like oils, or water it down for a watercolour look.
