Taking photos of pets is not easy! So what makes a good photo and what to avoid?
Outdoor photos, in natural light, in focus, which show your pets eye colour are best. Try and get your pet to look at you and take a photo at the same level as they are. Use a treat, call their name and have them look in the direction of the phone/camera.
Luckily we pretty much all have phone cameras, so snap away, outdoors, get down to their level and send us up to six photos. Our team can advise you on the best image for your portrait. To keep things simple, we work from your photos. Your custom portrait is much more than just copying a photograph. It’s about capturing personality and character. So do tell us your pets name, age and breed. If you have more than one pet, we can combine pets from different photos.
